Requisitorium
A requisitorium is a payment obligation stating that Fedasil will cover your medical expenses.
You only need a requisitorium for a medical appointment with a healthcare provider outside the reception centre and not in the hospital, e.g. for an appointment with the dentist, physiotherapist, psychologist, ... If you are staying in a reception centre, you must request a requisitorium from the medical service. If you are not staying in a reception centre, you must request a requisitorium from Fedasil through the online form on the website.
